How is it performed?
Depressions on the nasal bridge, the appearance of a hump or the angle of the nasal tip are assessed. A hyaluronic acid filler is applied in very small amounts on the bone and cartilage of the bridge or at the base of the tip. Because of the blood vessels in this area, a careful technique is used.
Who is it suitable for?
- People with minor irregularities of the nasal bridge
- Those without previous nose surgery or cleared by the physician
- Those who are not pregnant or breastfeeding
Consultation and preparation
- An examination takes place before treatment, and your expectations, medical history and any previous treatments are discussed.
- Blood thinners, aspirin or certain supplements can increase the risk of bruising; please be sure to mention them.
- Treatment may be postponed if there is active acne, a cold sore or infection in the area.
- It is advisable to schedule treatment a few weeks before an important event rather than in the days just before.
Recovery
Daily life can be resumed immediately. Glasses that press on the nose should be avoided for the first weeks.
Aftercare advice
- Do not massage or press on the treated area on the first day.

- If you notice increasing pain, blanching or discolouration in the treated area, contact us without delay.
Possible risks and complications
- Bruising and swelling at the injection site
- Nodules or irregularities
- Vascular occlusion (rare)
- Asymmetry
- Allergic reaction
Frequently asked questions
Does nose filler make the nose smaller?
No. Filler adds volume; it can create a smoother profile by filling depressions or changing angles, but it does not make the nose smaller.
Can the filler be dissolved if needed?
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with the enzyme hyaluronidase if necessary.
Who performs the treatment?
All treatments are performed by Op. Dr. Emre Özbey following an examination and assessment.
Can I return to work after treatment?
After most injectable treatments you can return to daily life and work the same day. Mild swelling or bruising may occur, so plan accordingly.
