Op. Dr. Emre Özbey was born in Bursa in 1988. He graduated first in his class from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine in 2013.
During roughly six years of training at the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery of Istanbul University's Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, he worked across reconstruction, hand surgery and aesthetic surgery, qualifying as a specialist in 2023.
Since 2026 he has been a staff plastic surgeon at Liv Hospital Topkapı. He sees patients at his private practice in Ataköy Towers, Bakırköy, and operates at hospitals in Istanbul, principally Liv Hospital Topkapı.
